Cancellation connected to more than 14 days before arrival date: no expenses. Your deposit will be refunded.
Cancellation 14 days or less prior the arrival date, the paid deposit will be invoiced as a cancellation penalty.
No show: the paid amount will be invoiced as a penalty.
Early check out: total amount will be charged as a penalty.

In the case of hotels or small appartment groups, check-out maybe at noon, because the room must be cleaned and may not be ready for the next arrival at about 15.00 h. Please, keep that in mind in case your arrival is scheduled before noon.

You will also have to check out at about 11:00 on the day of your departure. This is particularly important if you return flight is at night and if you do not plan to leave your hotel/appartment in the last minute of the afternoon or maybe after midnight. You might arrive before 06:00 and take your room immediately. This will count as your first night. The check-out day, perhaps you will have to wait for a long time before leaving the hotel/apparment to go to the airport.
You may want to book an extra night. This will allow you to keep your room/appartment until your departure.
When do I pay for my booking?
All online bookings are paid or guaranteed by one payment of 30%. The balance may be paid at check-in.
When will the payment be confirmed?
The time needed to process and charge it on your card varies fromets. country to country. The charge on your card can appear 5 days after payment. The rest may be paid at check-in.
